Information we collect
RedFalconHQ collects account information (name, email, workspace details), client contact details you add, draft post content and links, comments and change requests left on approval pages, approval status and timestamps, subscription and plan details, and support communications you send us.
Client approval data
When you create a no-login approval link, the associated draft post, client-facing context, comments, change requests, and approval decisions are stored so the workflow and its history remain available to your workspace. Approval links use unguessable tokens. Agencies should avoid including sensitive personal information in shared content.
Payments
Stripe processes payment information on our behalf. RedFalconHQ stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status, not full card numbers.
Email notifications
When configured, we use an email delivery provider to send approval requests, reminders, and notifications. Recipient addresses and delivery results may be logged for troubleshooting.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and, where enabled, analytics such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, general location, device type). This helps us improve the product and content.
Advertising
We may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
Data retention
We retain account, approval, and billing data for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Workspace owners may request deletion of specific records subject to those obligations.
Data use and sharing
Data is used to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. It is not sold. Infrastructure and service providers (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, analytics) may process data as needed to operate the product, under their own confidentiality and security obligations.
Your rights and choices
Workspace owners may access, correct, export, or request deletion of their data by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal reasons.
Security limitations
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique account credentials.
Platform independence
RedFalconHQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, or Google. We do not collect social-network account passwords.
