Service scope
RedFalconHQ helps agencies and freelancers prepare content, share no-login approval links, record client comments and decisions, send reminders, and export publishing-ready posts. Direct social platform publishing is not included unless an integration is explicitly provided.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your login credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account access, client consent, the accuracy of content, and having the rights needed for any uploaded or linked creative. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, confidential (without authorization), or otherwise unauthorized content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, send spam through approval links or reminders, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, or impersonate a social media platform or any other company. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Client approval records
Approval timestamps and comments help document a workflow but do not replace your contracts, legal review, or professional judgment.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew through Stripe until cancelled. Plan limits may restrict the number of clients, posts, seats, or exports. Cancelling keeps existing data subject to our retention policy but may restrict new activity. See our Refund Policy for billing details.
No guaranteed outcomes
RedFalconHQ does not guarantee client approvals, faster approval or response times, client satisfaction, campaign performance, revenue, or sales outcomes. Results depend on your workflow, your clients, and your own follow-up process.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payments (Stripe), and analytics. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedFalconHQ and Wade Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost approvals, lost revenue, or lost client relationships. The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without uninterrupted-availability guarantees.
Platform independence
RedFalconHQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, or Google. Users must follow applicable platform and client rules.
